How to read Anne Renwick’s Books for Free

(or for cheap)

Always looking to dive into more books without overspending? This page is here to help you find safe ways to get a free or discounted download of my Elemental Web books The Golden Spider, The Silver Skull, The Iron Fin, Venomous Secrets, Icy Betrayals, A Trace of Copper, In Pursuit of Dragons, A Reflection of Shadows, A Snowflake at Midnight, A Ghost in Amber, A Whisper of Bone, Flight of the Scarab, The Tin Rose, Kraken and Canals, and Rust and Steam.

  • Download The Golden Spider from me for FREE right here. Even better, you can choose your favorite cover. Or even download them both. If it’s a coupon you’re after, use the code KRAKEN to take 20% off all my books and audiobooks when you buy them direct from me.
  • Use the library. If they don’t already have the book you want, ask for your librarian to see if it’s available via inter-library loan. Still can’t find it? Most libraries have forms allowing you to request a purchase of a specific book in either print or digital formats. They’ll want an ISBN number, so I’ve put together a handy printable sheet to make that easier for you.
  • Don’t forget to see if you have access to ebooks and audiobooks via the Libby app or Overdrive which you can log into using your library card.
  • Subscribe to Kobo Plus. All my books and audiobooks are there. While there is a monthly fee, if you’re a voracious reader, you’ll save a lot of money by not paying retail prices. Even better? Kobo Plus places no limits on how many books you can download at one time. (Unfortunately my books are not available in the Kindle Unlimited program because Amazon would require me to remove them from all other book retail sites first.)
  • Follow me on Bookbub. They’ll email you whenever I offer a sale on one of my books.
  • Join my newsletter. All subscribers can download The Tin Rose for free AND I often do giveaways where you might win an ebook or a physical copy of one of my titles.

Be very, very careful about downloading book files from unlicensed sources. These sites aren’t giving you free books out of the goodness of their hearts. With that free book, many sites will slip malware onto your computer. They might offer you a copy of The Silver Skull or Venomous Secrets or A Snowflake at Midnight but what they deliver could be something entirely different and far more sinister.
